1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the MyFacility Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MyFacility provides a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Medical Practice Management System, including tools for patient registration, clinical notes, medical aid billing, and laboratory integration.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MyFacility is an administrative and clinical documentation tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for all medical decisions, prescriptions, and treatments provided to their patients.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis according to the pricing plan selected (Solo Practitioner, Small Clinic, or Multi-Facility).
• Fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your account access.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior written notice.

5. Data Ownership

The Medical Practice retains full ownership of all patient data and clinical records entered into the system. Upon termination of your subscription, you have the right to request a full export of your data (e.g., via CSV or SQL backup).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, MyFacility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or medical malpractice claims arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
